Each account can use Tooli up to a certain limit each month. Everything you send and everything Tooli answers counts. Long documents and long chats in particular use a lot.
  • Are you nearing your limit? You then see a message with the percentage you have already used, and the date on which your limit renews.
  • Has your limit been reached? You then can’t add any more files until your limit renews.
This is how you get more out of your limit:
  • Start a new chat for each new topic. A long chat uses more with every question.
  • Only add the documents or pages you really need.

That is usually down to one of these reasons:
  • The file is larger than 10 MB. Compress the file or split it.
  • The file is protected with a password or encrypted. Remove the protection and try again.
  • The file type isn’t supported. Convert the file to a supported type, such as PDF.
Tooli can read scanned documents fairly well, but the quality of the scan plays a big part.For a better result:
  • Make sure the scan is sharp and well lit.
  • Make sure the text is readable and not distorted.
If a document is hard for a person to read, Tooli usually struggles with it too.
Certainly. For the best result:
  • Hold your phone still and make sure there’s enough light.
  • Make sure the text in the photo isn’t too small.
Also say in your message what Tooli should do with the photo. That often improves the answer considerably. More tips are in Add files and images.
