Getting Started

To get started, simply go to:

Add Tooli to your browser favorites for quick access from site or office.

Registration & Verification

Fill in your details:
  • Full name
  • Professional email address
  • Password (minimum 8 characters)
Email verification:
If you’re a paying member of Embuild, Bouwunie, Constructiv, or Buildwise,
you will automatically receive a verification email to activate your account.If you don’t receive it or think there’s an error, check this help article:

Your membership is what unlocks access to Tooli.

Organization Setup

Once your account is verified, you can:
  • Join an existing organization
    If you have been invited by your company, Tooli will propose it automatically during login.
    Just confirm and continue.
  • Create your own organization
    If your company isn’t on Tooli yet, you can create it in a few seconds.
    After that, you can invite your colleagues to join.
You cannot create an organization that already exists — this avoids duplicates.

On your first login, you’ll be asked to review and accept:This is a one-time step to ensure transparency on data protection.

Welcome Tour

Tooli offers a short guided tour that shows you:
  • How the chat works
  • Where to switch agents
  • How to upload files
  • How to use voice input
  • The difference between Fast Mode and Thinking Mode
You can skip the tour and access it later from the settings.

Your First Conversation

Choose one of the four agents and start chatting naturally.

General Assistant

Try: “What insulation materials meet Belgian standards for a flat roof?”

Offer Coach

Try: “Can you review this quote and check if anything is unclear?”
You can:
  • Type or speak your question
  • Upload any construction document
  • Ask follow-up questions until everything is clear
Start with Fast Mode for quick answers.
Use Thinking Mode when you need deeper analysis or multi-step reasoning.
